Due to the continued spread of the coronavirus and for the safety of everyone, Southern Board Game Festival 2020 has been rescheduled from April 4th & 5th to September 12th & 13th.
If you have already purchased a badge, your badge will be automatically transferred to and remain valid for these new dates. No action on your part is necessary. If you’ve signed up for a guided playthrough your registration will also be transferred to the new dates with no action on your part necessary.
If the new dates, September 12th & 13th 2020, do not work for you and you would like to request a refund for a badge purchased prior to March 18th, 2020 please email us at: email@example.com
The deadline to request a refund for badges purchased prior to March 18th, 2020 is April 30th, 2020.
All refund requests must be made by the purchaser of record.
If you do choose to request a refund please be patient and allow time for the refund process to complete. Refunds should take 5 business days to process.
